Do I need an administrator login#

The standard managed setup uses a connection inside your AI application. DigLab handles platform configuration. A customer-owned installation has its own administrator setup. See hosting options before choosing the delivery model.

Can I install it on my own server#

Yes. A customer-owned standalone installation can run on compatible PHP hosting, a VPS or Docker. It needs its own deployment, activation, account authorisation and maintenance arrangement. See self-hosting. A managed connection key is not an installation package or a software license.

Does one connection include every service#

Your assigned connection includes the tools and accounts agreed during onboarding. Examples and protocol features in these docs do not grant access to additional services.

Can I use the same key for another business#

No. Use the assigned connection for the organisation it was prepared for. Ask DigLab to set up and verify the other organisation separately.

Why can I connect but not run a tool#

Connection access and business-service access are different checks. The tool may need a different service permission, a valid upstream authorisation or corrected inputs. Start with troubleshooting.

Will it stay connected forever#

No connection can guarantee that. Credentials can expire or be revoked, services can change and AI clients can disconnect. Run the agreed check after a change and use the support process when access fails.

Does MCP DigLab create a schedule automatically#

No. A connection makes enabled tools available. Recurring execution needs a separately configured and authorised scheduler or automation workflow.

Can the AI send or publish without review#

Only actions included in the connection are available, and your agreed authorisation and product controls still apply. Set clear review boundaries. A prompt instruction alone is not an enforced permission system.

Can I use an OAuth-only AI client#

That requires a separately verified OAuth connection flow for the exact client and account. The API-key acceptance test does not establish OAuth readiness.

Is there an unlimited usage promise#

No. The AI application, connection, hosting and upstream service all have operational limits. Check your handoff and discuss larger workloads before starting them.

Yes. The help center is public and contains customer instructions rather than working credentials. Keep your own endpoint, keys, account records and private handoff separate.
