Platform feature reference

Find the guide for each major platform capability and understand its availability.

2 min read · Customer guide

This index covers the major configuration and operating areas checked during the documentation audit. Availability depends on the installed build, activation, enabled components, user permissions and connected service accounts. This is not a promise that every feature is already enabled in your connection.

Three distinct statuses#

A capability can be supported by the platform, configured on an installation, and verified for a particular customer. Treat those as three separate statuses. Confirm the last one through the account-specific acceptance test before relying on the workflow.

What this platform does not imply#

An MCP installation does not automatically provide a self-service customer signup and payment portal, unlimited traffic, a background scheduler for every chat prompt or the right to copy another service's credentials. Administrator access is not the same as isolated customer endpoint access.

Use your handoff for the accepted account scope and contact support when an expected capability is absent or you need a new one configured.
